This presentation will cover the fundamentals of lithium batteries, debunk commonly cited false hypotheses about failure, and discuss strategies for legal defense. You will learn what causes lithium batteries to fail catastrophically, the significance of their appearance after a fire, how to handle manufacturing and design defect claims, and how to address jurors’ biases.
